Registration

All participants and assistants to the MPTL'18 must register here*. The payment can be done either by bank transfer or using a credit card. You will be able to choose if you want to pay only for the conference registration or also for the guided tour and/or the banquet dinner.

* WARNING: Selecting the correct payment option can be a bit tricky. Next image shows the table with the payment options in the registration site when the option EPS Member has been marked.

The image below shows the same table when the option Regular is selected.

Note that you do not have to worry about the ticks in the checkboxes from the Conferences row but you have to be aware about which column is shaded.

Registration fees are:

Previous fees include welcome reception, the refreshments during the breaks, lunches and the book of abstracts. Assistants to the MPTL'18 can also join a guided tour and a banquet dinner. Tickets for each of these events must be paid separately.

Tickets for the Banquet Dinner can be purchased during registration:

• Banquet Dinner: 50 EUR. The price for the banquet dinner has been reduced from 70 eur to 50 eur. Those who have already paid for it will recieve a refund of 20 eur. If you have not reserved your banquet dinner yet, you may want to do it now that is cheaper!
• Guided Tour: Free! If you paid the previous fee of 15 eur for the guided tour during the registration, you will recieve the refund in the next few days.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR STUDENTS: Thanks to the EPS, MPTL'18 will give three student grants for an amount of 350€ each. In order to apply for them please send us an e-mail to ldelatorre@dia.uned.es with a proof of being student as well as a complete curriculum.
